Yeah Powedesk is cool

I never uses explorer anymore. It also lets you do FTP file transfers from within an explorer like interface and opens a variety of compressed files as if they where folders.

The only problem it seems to have is when a network connection it was expecting vanishes, it seems to take forever to resolve problems like this.
