I am interested in buying a notebook PC and have received an offer. It's a Dell Inspiron 4000,P!!!700mhz,128mb SDRAM,10gbHD,14.1"screen,56k internal f/m,CD RW 8x, for US$2,000.
I plan to use it for research and development purposes (web, VFP, XML) and would like to have comments about this particular offer and advise on another models and manufacturers.
