then you have to change it in all the versions.
This can be a problem because there are probably more versions between 2.2 and 3.0
In our app we have some features which can be switched on and off, and general features that every customer may have.
It is also not easy to write a routine to change the code in the different versions because you may have changed some other code in that procedure too.

Then a solution maybe copy and paste ;-)
