I have a grid which is only displaying the first column regardless of the ColumnCount property value (which is -1). It is based on a class, but the property is set the same there as well. The first view that the grid is populated by only has one field, but the others have more... That made me try something - I switched the view the grid starts out with to one with multiple fields and now it works...except that the view for the one-column view has empty fields to the right of the valid first one. It is only remembering the number of columns based on the initial view. I must be forgetting something simple; I know I've used the same grid for multiple views before...
