DEFINE MENU (lcMenuName) BAR IN (lcFormName)
<< all other DEFINE PAD / POPUP / BAR / blah, blah >>

You may want to create a method/function for the above and call it from the Activate Event of the top-level form.

And, if you get bored easy, you can even create your very own OOP menu classes!!!
