>6.5 does access VFP tables that are in a DBC. Codebase says that they do not read the DBC part of the file header. I take that to mean that as far as Codebase is concerned the DBC does not exist. I can live with that as long as I can read and write to the tables concurrently with VFP. I am sure if I stuff some data into a table that violates a DBC rule that it will cause havoc in the VFP app but time will tell.
Since a DBC is really just a DBF, Codebase could read it. Now could VFP read a DBC after codebase has modified it.....probably not unless you know a lot about the way VFP manipulates a DBC.
