How are you doing the update? Tableupdate()? Are you getting an error message? What does the following return after issuing a Tableupdate(0, .t.) command?

? aerror(laErrors)

If greater than 0, type the command:

list memo like laErr*

Are you providing a unique PK value to your key field?
