I had forgotten about phdBase. I'll check it out. What ever I go with, I'll need a well-documented algorithm. This is for scientific publications and I can't be relying on a "black box" system.

BTW, I discovered SAS has some of these procs built in, so we might look at that (since some of the analysis is being done in SAS anyway).
