I have FPD 2.6 running ok on my NT 4 workstation. Can't say I've actually tried to print. I'll give it a try next Monday at work. As I recall I had to setup the DOS config to have files=40 or more, same as you do in other OS's.
I'll send you a e-mail if I can print ok. I have not been able to compile to standalone exe yet. It crashes during the linking with watcom. Still have to copy over to a Win95 machine.
