Hi All,

I have the opportunity to pick up a 2nd hand IMB Thinkpad iSeries laptop (p500) at a very good price this evening. I will be wiping the HD and setting up a dual boot system.

Although I'm going off now to do a bit of my own research on the Thinkpad, if anyone has any comments (for or against) the Thinkpad (specifically as regards Linux installation but any comments are welcome) I'd be very grateful.
