cpcurrent(1) would show OS codepage. Use just cpcurrent() to see VFP codepage. For Cyrillc chars you might need to mark your .scx, .vcx .frx and .dbf explicitly with Cyrillic codepage (see home()+'tools\cpzero\cpzero.prg'.
Also in some windows versions (ie:win200 server) you might need to explicitly add Paneuropean support from control panel, languages.
