I'm experiencing this, though not too often. It happens maybe third or fifth time around. I think the point is in "release all from memory", where you probably still don't have everything releasing properly. That's almost to be expected, since if everything was alright, you wouldn't be debugging it. So, my best guess is that some of the objects have trouble being released that way, and possibly leave a few bad footprints in memory. OK, it crashes, but that's something I can live with it, as long as it's confined to debugger.
