One more time I came back here to found an anwser about a usual problem that I have.

I'd like to create just one report and this report can be printed in any printer. Example: Epson Lx 300, Hp 840, etc...

My problem is: If you configure the objects in report using HP 840 and print this report in Epson Lx 300, the print job is very slow. If you make the report using Lx300 and choice a printer-font like "Roman 20cpi" and print this report in HP 840, VFP "write" a lot of "*****" in my paper... (Sorry about my English, but I think I can explain my problem! :)

In Foxpro (DOS - version 2.6) I didn't have any problem... I configure paper size, number of rows and put some variables like _Font20, _Font10 before "field expression" and then FPD 2.6 make the printer ok.

Maybe, if I'd have a program that convert FRX to PRG, I could simulate a printer like FPD 2.6.

What could I do?
