This is what finally worked for me.

@ (thisform.pixelY/FONTMETRIC(1,THISFORM.Fontname,THISFORM.Fontsize)),;
(thisform.pixelX/FONTMETRIC(6,THISFORM.Fontname,THISFORM.Fontsize)) ;
SAY "mypic.bmp" BITMAP STYLE "T"
