I think I see your problem. It looks like you dropped the business object on the form and not the list page. Usually when I have a problem like this, it is because I have accidentally dropped an object in the wrong place. You can tell because the object name in the error message is staffform1.staffobj. You have two alternatives:

1. Redrop the business object on the list page and resetup the biz obj

2. Change the line of code in the Cancel method to:
GOTO ThisForm.pgfBizObj.Page1.CListOneToManyObj1.cGridList1.nRecNo
