well i need to know the steps to do an executalbe to run from a CD-ROM

i have BLABLAH.EXE in a CD-ROM with DATABASES and TABLES and i need to execute it from this CD (E:, F:, G:, etc). What are the steps to do?
(the files are read only, the CD are READ ONLY too), what i have to insert in my application and what files of configuration i have to create...
