No need to reinstall VFP. Look in the registry under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options

Look in the right panel for the value HelpTo. You can double-click on that and enter the name of the help file to open. For example, mine is set to:

"D:\VisualStudio\MSDN\2001APR\1033\msdn110.col"

because I have installed the April 2001 MSDN Library.
