My registry has this in the HelpTo:

d:\program files\microsoft visual studio\msdn98\98vs\1033\msdnvs98.col

HelpOn is also a 1

It is like this for both of my machines, yet this one still won't display help and the other one will. Could there be something else that might make a difference?
