>Since I have installed Netscape Navigator 4.02, everytime I start Netscape, it overwrite my File options setup. In there, I have defined the HTML extension to start Notepad when I click on it. This is working until I start Netscape. Then, I have to redo this operation to put back the association.

Create a new association with the HTM/HTML files.

Click on 'New' instead of clicking on 'Edit' and add a new action
like 'Open in Notepad' and set this new action as the default for the double-click...

This should work if you don't touch the default 'Open' associate with Netscape.
