Hi folks,
I am one of the few Foxpro types I guess NOT at Devcon this year.. Long story, but I will get there some year I hope.. But here is my question.. At my office we area working on an application for a group of branch offices we have all ovet the US. Some of these sites with be accessing a LAN thru what I believe to be a 56K dial up lines..
This will be a VFP application, with some file access quirks that I can explain later, but does anyone have some suggestions on how to wring as much speed out the application as possible?? I already have suggested appliaction on the local machines as apposed to sitting on the remote server... Any thing else would be greatly appreciated..
