Hi Theo,

It means, that this form doesn't exist in the time you're trying to call its Refresh. You can search through _screen form collection, to check, if it exists, but for me it's clear enough, that it doesn't. Find the reason, why the form doesn't exist. Check my FAQ Release all open forms for ideas...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
