I created a dbf with one field of memo type.
Also an excel file with first column of long text.

Run:

APPEND FROM file.xls TYPE XLS

Memo field is is empty.
I tried to change cell format from general to text - no difference.

I've tried to append from text file - failed.

How I should import into memo fields ?

Any help appreciated.
