No seriously. IMO, The two tools are too different to make a conversion. For simple reports it would be possible, but when they grow only a bit complex you'll find that some VFP report issues cannot be converted into Crystal Reports because they're solved another way. For example, In VFP reports you can define if an object is bound to the bottom of the band in stead on the top. In Crystal Reports you'll solve this by using extra sections.

Also, using graphics in CR is very different than in VFP. A lot of things would not be supported by the converted. IMO, its better to start from scratch...
