I've just spent a day or so tearing my hair out trying to add a record to an Oracle Remote View. In desperation, I turned to the Universal Thread, not expecting to find the answer, since Oracle is not the primary concern here. Guess what? I forgot to put a check mark in front of the primary key field ...

I wonder how many other screams of frustration have been caused by the defaults of the Remote View designer? Thanks for your help anyway - I could have been searching for some time.
