can you explain me the sens of this command line :

jview com.epc.awt.EPCFile c:\epc\0003.jpg c:\epc\0003.inf c:\epc\0003.epc

com.epc.awt is my package

the ame is to create a special file format name epc from a jpeg and a text file, how does jview work, can i specify a path like "http://...." instead of "c:\..."
