VFP: Version 6.0 (SP 5.0)

Problem#1
All my forms use 'TOP Level Forms' which hides the VFP _Screen.
I haven't found a way to run 'Modify Report...' and have it shown in a top level form which would force it to sit on the windows desktop and not on the VFP _Screen. I even tried using the 'Define Window... In DeskTop' and showing the 'Report Designer' inside that window and still it did not work.

Partial Solution:
I'am using my modified version of 'SDIPrev.vcx' from Classy Components to
show my user the 'Report Designer (Modify Report...)' window within its Top Level form so it can simulate sitting on the windows desktop.
In addition, Iam also showing a menu pads "File","EDIT" and "VIEW" so the user can get to the 'Report Controls'...

Problem#2
I can seem to activate or show the 'Format' menu '_MSM_text' because my users
need to be able to change the fonts of the report text, Alignments etc...

How can I show this format menu!!!!!!
