>I run VFP in Win3.1/95/NT and didn't notice any particular difference in regard to disabled textbox appearance. Anyway you could try to 'disable' textbox making Text.ReadOnly=.T. (Text.Enabled=.T.) and here the appearance must be identical to the normal case.
