In fact, a tremendous number of the people on the Fox team used to be Fox developers. Off the top of my head, Calvin Hsia, Randy Brown, Robert Green, Gene Goldhammer, Garrett Fitzgerald. Even going back into Fox history, they've always hired from the community.
