The rebooting may come from them using Service Pack 6 on Windows NT Terminal Server 4.0. There is a hotfix that will take care of this. Go to:

This should solve the rebooting problem. I am running a FP2.6 application on Citrix Metaframe 1.8 over WinNT 4.0 Terminal Services and it works fine.
