When imported there goin to Undeposited Funds and the user still has to go into Quickbooks and create a relationship between the Bill or Invoice and the associated payments. Whadayathink? Does that seem like a bother for the user.

I have access to QBooks as well. If you would like , I can also try this for you. Let me know what version of QBooks you have and email your files and I will get it a go for you.
