Sorry, just the regular save button in VFP6. I also tried choosing Program -> Compile. I just discovered that if I choose File -> Save As, choose a different name, then it saves my changes.

It's not in an app, it's just a .prg that we run quarterly for reports. And that itself is just a series of Select statements.
