What you have to do is customize the toolbar, removing the print button. This will be saved in the resource table (FOXUSER.DBF). You'll then need to create a resource file for distribution with the application that contains the record indicating the change to this particular toolbar. Off hand I can't recall exactly how to find this record in the resource file. Some one else might be able to jump in with this information.

The downside to this is that if the resource file is ever corrupted or deleted, you lose this setting.
