Many HP printers support HP's version of fullbleed. They support over sized paper which can then be trimmed to a full bleed:
"The HP 2500C series printers and the HP Deskjet 1000C, 1100C, 1120C and 1125C series printers support 11 x 17-inch (279 x 432 mm, Tabloid) paper and a maximum paper size of 13 x 19-inches (330 x 483 mm, Super B). Therefore, full bleed can be produced. This is done by printing on a paper size of 13 x 19-inches and then trimming it to a paper size of 11 x 17-inches."
