I believe the company that created the DDF Sniffer was aquired by Pervasive and the product is no longer available. However, there is a tool that ships with the latest Pervasive products that allows you to do the same thing basically. The tool is called DDF Builder. You'll find some information on the Pervasive site if you're searching for DDF Sniffer or DDF Builder. Unfortunately this requires you to get the product which for a 1 off job is a bit expensive :(

I don't have Btrieve anymore on my machine. Otherwise I could have tried to convert your file, sorry...
