I assume you meant:

If that is just the case (i.e. W2K server) then you could use ADSI to check user's rights. It is a less generic and more involved code so it would be easier to use FILE() if the FILE() option suggested works for you. I've not done it so I'd have to check on ADSI references, therefore I can't offer you any code samples right now.
