In VFP goto Tools...Options. While holding down the Shift key click the Ok button. All current settings will be dumped to the command window. You can then cut and paste this into a config.fpw file and modify settings to desired values.
NOTE: Most SET's will have to be changed like the following:

SET CENTURY ON to CENTURY=ON.
