Another observation: it works for CDOR01 and dates with year less than 2001. For years 2001 it doesn't work. In other words, for negative numbers BINTOC doesn't work correctly. I tried to several bank codes with date less than 12/31/2000 - it works. For dates greater than 12/31/2000 it doesn't.

Does anybody know, what is the problem with negative values and Bintoc()?
