Who wants to take a stab at diagnosing this?:

My DUN ISP has the following symptoms:

1) DUN dials and connects, but can't logon (endless PW entry at logon)
2) my email bounces immediately
3) tech support email does same
4) Phone tech support: message by phone company "This number is not in service."
5) The ISP web site is still up, but when I login there I get a "security certificate has expired" message, though I can still get in.
6) My account has not been billed for two months.

All this looks pretty bad (except #6, maybe :-), the combination of points 2-4 is pretty serious, and it has me good & confused.

I'm online through my business RAS account, which is fine (and thank goodness for the backup). The real problem is the sudden email bouncing, I'm going to have to act very quickly or there will be big trouble for me - I have some online auctions going on. Anyone ever had an ISP go belly-up on them, are these about the right symptoms?
