As far as I know, lots of developers (myself including) use DynaZip. It's $300 tool, which works in defferent languages (VB, VC, Visual ForPro, Delphi) and has examples for all of them. Also there is a wrapper class in Downloads section by Mark McCasland. Check the recent entries.
