I rely on Grid.ActivateCell a lot, and it does not respect SelectOnEntry--it behaves as it you clicked into the cell in that regard--no highlight. However Format="K" does highlight the cell I just pointed to with ActivateCell(x,y).

I normally don't activate a particular cell programmatically, so I hadn't noticed that behavior there.
