Using ReFox to brand an encrypted application will make it so another person using ReFox can not decompile it. Using another decompiler will not respect this and it will attempt to decompile the application. However, as Michel posted, ReFox's encryption algorithm is very good and I haven't heard of any one being able to decompile an encrypted application either. There was one company that claimed they could, but they are out of business now so I don't think their claims were well founded.
