You mean the Standard toolbar? Make sure you have not included your FOXUSER.DBF and FPT files. If you do need to provide a customized FoxUser file, delete the record the has TTOOLBAR for the ID and Standard for the Name.

BTW, this is how you can provide toolbars to your end users. Especially the Print Preview toolbar and customized toolbars.
