Hi Michel,
It does not surprise me a lot since VFP does not have a native
real database server. I think this makes writing medium to high sized client/server applications harder because you have to replace the native database container for a true back-end (SQL Server or Oracle). Also writing stable middle-tier components has become easier with VFP 6 SP3, so I also think in a few months some change should manifest.
