Well...the browser is invoked by InterDev. As a test, somebody changed the code from having the VFP Com object create the Recordset to having the ASP page do it. Guess what? This works in exactly the same way - local mode, no problem...running on the server, a problem! It appears that there are some config issues with the server. Once we resolve them, I would be certain that this will work properly. Thanks for your help, advice and patience...
