A couple of things to try, but first make a copy of the project. Be sure to copy the .pjx and the .pjt files.

First, open the project, click on the Project menu and choose "Show errors" depending on your prefentces, FoxPro may not show errors automatically. You may find the problem here.

Second, click on the Project menu pad and choose Pack. While this mainly removes deleted records from you project table, it may remove a problem as well.

If you're still not able to build an exe, click on "File / Save As" and save your project to a new name. Pack it, and try to build the executable. If that works, click on "File/Save As" and save it back to the original name. I don't know why that works, but it has for me several times over the years.

If you're still having problems and your project is not too large, rebuild it from scratch. Create a new, empty project, add the main file and build. Fox will gather all the pieces it knows about. If anything is not found you can add them manually and rebuild.

Up until this point the process has been easy, but if you STILL can't build the exe, or if your project is huge and you didn't want to rebuild from scratch, it's time for serious detective work. For instance, try a test project with just the problem screen set. If it won't complile, you know your culprit. You can take it from here. Hopefully your problem will be solved in one of the first steps.

Good luck!
David.
