While we're in San Diego - the San Diego Zoo has a Wild Animal Park where they do caravan's into the wild animal enclosures for some wonderful photo opportunities.

From their website: "Photo Caravan Tours - Experience the safari of your life on one of our Photo Caravan Tours. Safari trucks take you into the heart of our large animal enclosures, where you get an up-close-and-personal look at the free-roaming animals of Africa and Asia. And don't forget to bring lots of film for some amazing photo opportunities.

Because of their popularity, tours run seven days a week, year-round (weather permitting). Prices for the caravans range from $95 to $115 per person ($80.75 to $97.75 for members), depending on the length of tour."
