To all,
We want to give access to the user of report design tools (Modify Report) during runtime through a compiled program.
The System ToolBAR "Report Designer" and "Report Controls" are not available at that moment. How do I Overcome this difficulty ?

Is there any way by which we can include system toolbars in the application ?
