One problem with ADO - I can't seem to get it working. I've tried creating ADODB.Connection but get a message that an ActiveX cannot create an object. If I Dim oCon As ADODB.Connection I get message User Type Def not allowed.

I forgot to bring my VBA/Excel book with me and I'm not back until this evening. Fortunately, I've fixed the original piece of software in VFP and the client is aware that I'm not too hot on Excel programming.

If you could give me a quick push in the right direction, I can take it from there.

Tia,
