The lyrics are from a song he wrote back in the late 60s. He did some really stange songs back then. I don't know if he still does any of them in concert or not. If you want to get a taste of what he's likely to do now, it'd probably be best to check out his more current releases. I don't know if he's still doing things like "Desolation Row" or "Leopard Skin Pillbox Hat" or "Subterranian Homesick Blues".
