I missed the hit, but I caught him being wheeled of on a stretcher. I never would have thought the Stars would be swept. This is where the League office of the NHL sucks. In the regular season, at least 3 of the hits the Stars took in the Edmonton series would have resulted in supsensions. Hatcher was suspended for 2 games at the end of the season for a lesser hit. Scott Stevens would also have been suspended for 1, if not 2, of his hits to Carolina players in the first round. It should not matter what time of year the hit is delivered. This crap would stop immediately if the players feared suspensions in the post season.
